Customer Service Assistant (m/f/d) Food Testing

Support national and international clients as well as order processing in the field of food analytics. Creation, verification, and tracking of invoices, credit notes, and other billing transactions. Monitoring open receivables, conducting dunning procedures, and clarifying payment and billing discrepancies. Assistance with customs clearance, scheduling appointments, and international client inquiries. Close collaboration with project managers, sample management, and internal interfaces. Handling general administrative tasks, including master data maintenance in SAP, travel expense reports, and purchasing. Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualifications (e.g., hotel management assistant, industrial clerk, office management assistant, or similar). Confident handling of MS Office applications; ideally initial experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems. Strong service and customer orientation. Very good German (C1) and good English (B2) skills. Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and a friendly demeanor.
