We’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our team and lead organic growth strategies across a portfolio of ambitious B2B clients. We’re searching for someone who’s deeply passionate about SEO and organic performance, with strong analytical thinking, a strategic mindset, and a curiosity for how search is evolving (including AI-driven discovery). Most importantly, this person should be confident communicating complex SEO strategies and results to clients in a clear, commercial, and engaging way. Day-to-day Responsibilities Own and execute medium to large-scale SEO strategies for B2B SaaS and technology clients, spanning technical SEO, content strategy, and authority building Analyse organic performance against KPIs, identifying opportunities, testing hypotheses, and iterating strategies to drive sustainable growth Ensure SEO efforts align with broader performance marketing goals, maximising organic contribution to pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition Produce monthly client reports and insights, using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEO platforms, and internal dashboards Identify growth opportunities across content gaps, technical improvements, internal linking, and competitor activity Act as the primary SEO point of contact for clients, managing communications and expectations clearly a
