What you'll do: Drive the monthly close process: have a deep understanding of monthly performance, prepare variance commentary, understand accruals, and raise any risks and opportunities to both finance and R&D leadership teams Manage headcount and expense planning: support the monthly forecasts and annual operating plan to translate business needs into accurate forecasts Turn data into decisions: build a deep command of the P&L to diagnose what's driving performance, shape strategic narratives, and partner with leadership on high-impact, ad hoc analyses that move the business forward.
