ServiceTitan is looking for a Legal Counsel, Litigation to help the company manage disputes and litigation-related processes efficiently as it grows. This position will report to the Associate General Counsel (Employment & Litigation). This position will have a front-line role, handling commercial disputes, complex litigation, and third-party subpoenas, and supporting the Senior Employment Counsel on employment matters. While our headquarters are in Glendale, CA, this is a remote role. The position requires regular collaboration with teams and stakeholders based in the Pacific time zone. Flexibility to support Pacific Time business hours is expected, regardless of your location. This is an ideal position for candidates who enjoy building practical solutions to resolve disputes efficiently and who are comfortable balancing a varied docket on firm deadlines. What you'll do: Manage a range of disputes and litigation matters from pre-suit demand through resolution, including case strategy, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, mediation, and trial preparation, working with outside counsel as appropriate. Manage and support the defense of complex litigation, such as consumer, class action, trade secrets, privacy, or intellectual property matters.
