Senior Editor, Thought Leadership

As Senior Editor, Thought Leadership, you will be a hands-on editorial force at the heart of ServiceNow 's content engine — equal parts strategist, storyteller, and operator. You will shape the ideas we pursue, the angles we take, and the quality of what we publish — primarily for Workflow, ServiceNow 's proprietary thought leadership hub. This is not a pure management role. You will write, pitch, edit, and produce — developing original thought leadership that reflects the most important conversations happening in enterprise technology and AI. You will also help define and maintain the editorial infrastructure that keeps our content calendar running with precision and purpose. You will report to the Head of Editorial & Thought Leadership and work closely with integrated marketing, digital experience, research, and executive teams to ensure our thought leadership earns attention — and keeps it.
