Automation, Integration & AI Technology Consultant

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant (IC4) to join our team in Brazil. This role requires a strong technical background across the ServiceNow platform, with particular depth in Integrations, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), App Engine, portals, and core platform development . The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with strong consulting and governance skills, and has demonstrated knowledge of Artificial Intelligence capabilities and Now Assist implementation . What you will do Design and deliver scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform , following platform architecture and development best practices. Lead the technical design and implementation of complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems. Develop and implement solutions leveraging App Engine , workflow automation and RPA capabilities. Support the design and development of portals and user experiences within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Provide strong expertise in core ServiceNow platform development and configuration . Design and implement AI-enabled solutions , with particular focus on Now Assist use cases and adoption. Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, considering scalability, maintainability and platform standards. Provide technical governance , ensuring solution quality, architectural consistency and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
