Director of Marketing

We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to provide strategic and operational leadership across our marketing organization. The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading the teams that plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies across the firm’s industry verticals and firm services. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this leader will oversee the Strategic Marketing Managers and Marketing Production team, ensuring marketing priorities are translated into coordinated, high-quality execution that drives pipeline, revenue growth, and measurable business results. This role requires a strong people and operational leader who can create alignment across teams, establish clear priorities and accountability, allocate resources effectively, and ensure marketing initiatives move efficiently from strategy through execution. The Director will also serve as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Marketing, helping translate firmwide, industry, service-line, and international priorities into actionable marketing plans.
