Position Summary: The Escrow Analysis Specialist I will ensure that policy and procedures for the department are strictly adhered to, federal and private investor guidelines are followed and that business objectives are achieved by performing the following duties. Maintains the workflow volume for the Escrow Analysis department to meet internal and private investor Service Level Agreements (SLA) Handles escalated loan level issues and provide departmental research assistance for complex issues as required to support client inquiries and various departments Works with management to ensure that internal and external audits are completed in a timely and accurate manner Performs individual escrow analysis as requested by other departments Reviews mass analysis for anomalies and ensures accurat
