Your Mission Your mission as a commercial assistant is to sell energy and telecommunications contracts on the Flemish market to consumers. You will: Answer incoming phone calls; Identify and understand customer needs; Inform them about their various options and sell the most relevant offer; Sell their contracts and additionally propose cross-sells.
