About the Role Sales Development Advisor Job Summary: SelectQuote is seeking experienced, driven, resilient, and results-oriented sales professionals to join our Qualifications Team as a Sales Development Advisor (SDA). The SDA is an unlicensed, outbound sales position responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating interest in SelectQuote 's products, understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, and transferring qualified prospects to a licensed insurance agent. This is not a customer service role. This is a high-volume, metrics-driven sales position. Successful candidates must be comfortable making hundreds of outbound calls each day, working from established scripts and processes, handling rejection, and consistently working toward performance goals.
