MID-LEVEL SCRUM MASTER

The Scrum Master profile acts to facilitate the agile software development process, guides development teams, monitors, identifies, and removes impediments, and promotes the use of agile standards and best practices. The Scrum Master seeks to ensure the smooth functioning of agile processes and activities, and is responsible for leading the meetings prescribed in the development process. In order to optimize oversight, improve communication between the CONTRACTOR and the CONTRACTED, and enhance potential results in contract execution, the Scrum Master profile, in addition to the functions naturally advocated by the agile process, will also incorporate Operational Manager responsibilities in the interface with the CONTRACTOR, serving as the focal point for the teams to which they are allocated. Main responsibilities: Scrum Framework and Agile Manifesto; Project, risk, and change management; Facilitation, mentoring, and mediation techniques; Tracking Sprints, Story Points, and TESP. Education: Degree in IT (or Degree in any field + Postgraduate degree in IT, Software Dev, or Project Management of at least 360h).
