Business Change Project Manager

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Business Change Project Manager to lead and support cross-functional initiatives to drive organisational improvement and operational effectiveness. This role focuses on delivering business change projects and coordinating stakeholders across multiple teams. You will manage smaller initiatives end-to-end while supporting larger programmes by ensuring alignment, maintaining momentum, and providing clear visibility of progress, risks, and outcomes. Through strong collaboration and structured delivery, you will help embed new processes, improve operational practices, and support the organisation’s ongoing evolution. Your Role at Sedona Digital You will play a key role in delivering cross-functional projects that support organisational change and operational improvement. Working across all business units, including HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations. This role will manage and coordinat
