ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Administers the COMPASS program; conducts local office file audits. Presents audit findings and results to local, regional and national management. Assists Operations managers in coordinating and implementing national quality initiatives at the local level. Manages and coordinates training and improvement activities needed to meet established operational and technical audit requirements. Manages colleague coaching, mentoring and group training; participates. Manages new colleague training.
