Key Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day administration and execution of voluntary/compulsory liquidations, bankruptcies, and court-appointed receiverships. Perform financial statement analysis, build detailed cash flow forecast models, and undertake forensic investigative work to facilitate asset recovery. Liaise directly with creditors, lenders, legal counsel, and government authorities across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and offshore jurisdictions. Draft stakeholder status reports, information memoranda, and key statutory filings, while maintaining data rooms for asset sales. Participate in client meetings and support the growth of professional client networks. Candidate Requirement
