You know how to approach and convince technicians the right way. What will you do? As a Technical Recruiter, you are the pivot between our technicians and clients. You know how to attract the best technicians and place them with your clients together with your colleague. Naturally, you build relationships with your candidates. Your responsibilities are: · Recruitment: You build your candidate pool with the best technicians, such as electrical fitters, maintenance engineers, service technicians, and mechanical engineers. · Matching technicians and clients: Even after matching, you remain the primary contact person for both the client and the supervisor of your candidate throughout the assignment. · Achieving targets: You work towards achieving your personal objectives. This includes both quantitative and qualitative targets. · Expanding your network: You will actively seek out new clients independently. What do we offer?
