Associate Medical Affairs Manager Working as part of the Medical Affairs department, the Associate Manager, Medical Affairs is an individual contributor role supporting delivery of the US medical strategy and building the company's scientific credibility with optometrists, ophthalmologists, other eyecare professionals, and patients. Reporting to the US Medical Lead/Head of Medical Affairs US, this role focuses primarily on medical communications, scientific/medical writing, and serving as a core reviewer in the Medico-Legal Review (MLR) process to ensure promotional and non-promotional materials are accurate, substantiated, and compliant. This is a hands-on role for a self-directed, agile professional who can take ownership of deliverables and execute with minimal supervision while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Regulatory/Quality, New Product Development, and Commercial.
