This requires a scalable, compliant, and highly efficient infrastructure across payroll, benefits, onboarding, and M&A integration that can support rapid expansion without breaking The Opportunity: Director of HR Operations We are looking for a Director of HR Operations to build and scale a world-class HR infrastructure that keeps pace with a high-growth, acquisition-driven organization. This is not a maintenance role. This person will own the backbone of the People function, ensuring payroll, benefits, compliance, onboarding, and integrations run with p
