Strategic Alliances & Partner Manager

Position Summary Scicom Infrastructure Services is seeking a part-time Strategic Alliances and Partner Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with our technology and ISV partners, including organizations such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Databricks, BigPanda, SpaceX, and other strategic technology providers. This individual will serve as the primary point of coordination between Scicom and our partner organizations, ensuring that we understand and meet partner program requirements, maintain appropriate certifications and competencies, and take full advantage of available training, sales, technical, marketing, and business development resources. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across technical, sales, operations, and executive teams. Key Responsibilities Manage ongoing relationships with Scicom's technology, ISV, and strategic partners. Serve as the primary internal point of contact for partner programs, requirements, initiatives, and communications. Develop a strong understanding of each partner's program structure, certification requirements, competency levels, benefits, and available resources. Maintain documentation of requirements necessary to achieve or maintain partner status, tiers, competencies, or specializations. Track employee training and certification requirements across partner programs.
