Infrastructure Team Lead 100% Remote | Azure, Systems and Networks

There are infrastructures that only support users... and others that sustain public services where continuity, stability, and technical response matter every day. In this project, you will assume a technical leadership role in IT infrastructure, working in a solid environment with Azure, Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, networks, backups, monitoring, and change management, with the possibility of a 100% remote arrangement and a real focus on operation, improvement, and stability. You will be part of a structured context, linked to public administration, where you will have autonomy, technical responsibility, and room to contribute your judgment in a service with clear processes, real needs, and a long-term continuity vision. What will make this opportunity a great fit for you ✅ Technical leadership without losing touch with infrastructure You will be a reference figure in daily operations, combining coordination, technical judgment, and incident resolution. ✅ Stable project with real operational impact You will work in a public administration environment where service continuity, control, and technical quality are priorities. ✅ Complete modern infrastructure stack You will have exposure to Azure, Windows, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, networks, backups, and monitoring, maintaining a broad vision of the environment. ✅ Real telework and flexibility Although the project is linked to Barcelona, the position can be adapted to 100% remote, favoring work-life balance and quality
