What we plan to achieve together: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance based on client requirements and aerospace standards. Execute supplier product and process qualifications. Establish and follow the Industrial Process Control Assessment (IPCA). Implement curative and preventive quality management to maintain the supply chain. Set and achieve quality targets. Propose and implement methods and tools to reduce costs and cycle times. Create and monitor project-related KPIs regarding quality, efficiency, and time management. Train suppliers and integrate them into client processes. Collaborate with the project team, stakeholders, and other departments.
