As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and scalability within our organization by optimizing processes, implementing project management tools, and streamlining operations. Your expertise in Notion, process visualization, and standardization will be crucial to your success in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective project delivery. Responsibilities: Process Management : Oversee the complete process of launching new projects (or products) with the team, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization. Create instructions and flowcharts for processes across various departments. Analyze, structure, and, if necessary, create processes for all departments within the company. Monitoring and Optimization : Continuously monitor processes and improvements, ensuring regular check-ins with departments to verify ongoing activities.
