About the Role As an Amazon Account Manager , you'll take ownership of key aspects of the company's Amazon day-to-day operations. From monitoring daily performance, managing listings, tracking keyword performance, and launching promotions this is an all-encompassing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly organized environment. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, strong communication, and Amazon-savvy are key. Key Responsibilities: Track account health , keyword rankings , and product indexing. Stay on top of ClickUp tasks management, Slack, and email communications. Handle Amazon support cases , including calls when needed. Maintain keyword tracking and DataDive niche dives. Create listings and use flat files for updates and catalog organization. Optimize titles, bullets, backend search terms. Upload new images, videos , and submit Brand
