JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare accurate project estimates for HVAC systems (split, ducted, VRV/VRF, ventilation, automation) based on scopes from sales or site visits. Conduct sizing and capacity assessments to recommend appropriate units and accessories. Generate timely proposals with detailed cost breakdowns for equipment, labor, and materials. Coordinate with suppliers to get competitive pricing and check stock/availability. Monitor costs against estimates; track variances and provide post-job analysis. Work closely with sales teams and technicians to align on quoting, timelines, and technical feasibility. Maintain quote logs, templates, and naming conventions in your system. Provide support for tendering key projects such as commercial AC, carpark ventilation, or automation upgrades.
