This role will focus on maintaining andoptimizing the use of the following systems: ·EstimateOne –Tender management ·ProcurePro –Procurement coordination Viewpoint Teams –Document control and collaboration This is a pivotal role for ensuring thesmooth operation, user support, and continuous improvement of our digital toolsacross project teams. Key Responsibilities: Act as theprimary administrator for EstimateOne, ProcurePro, and Viewpoint Teams. Manage useraccess, permissions, and system configurations for each platform. Providefirst-line support and troubleshooting for system users. Coordinate withsoftware vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues. Ensure dataaccuracy, integrity, and regular backups across platforms. Monitor systemperformance and implement best practices for efficiency and security. Develop andmaintain documentation, user guides, and training materials. Conductonboarding and training sessions for new users. Identify andrecommend improvements to workflows and system usage.
