ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Bilingual Insurance CSR who is fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin, along with professional-level English communication skills, to join our team and support one of our international clients in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with insurance-related inquiries, handling policy servicing requests, coordinating with insurance carriers, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Since the client serves a large Chinese-speaking customer base, strong spoken Cantonese is highly preferred, while Mandarin-speaking candidates will also be considered. This role requires someone who is confident handling phone conversations, detail-oriented when managing policy information, and comfortable communicating in both Chinese and English.
