Head of Talent Acquisition Location: Remote (South Africa-based) Type: 12-month contract (independent consultant) with possibility of extension About the Company Our client helps businesses get better deals on software. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in London, the company has grown organically with no external funding. They are now looking to hire a Head of Talent Acquisition to build and run their recruitment engine as they scale. Role Overview This contract role will own all talent acquisition activities, from sourcing and screening to process management and hiring delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with founders and hiring managers to ensure consistent attraction, assessment, and hiring of high-quality talent across multiple roles and geographies. In addition to core hiring, this role will also support knowledge development by managing structured interviews with software vendor experts. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Ownership Lead all internal recruitment efforts Proactively source high-quality candidates aligned to role requirements Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key functions Agency & External Partner Management Work with specialist recruitment agencies where needed (e.g., SDR hiring in London) Manage agency relationships, briefs, and performance Hiring Process Execution Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles Screen candidates and manage interview processes end-to-end Coor
