SAP Plant Maintenance

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of PM processes and proven experience supporting or implementing SAP solutions within the Mining or Oil & Gas industry. Key Responsibilities Lead or support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support activities in SAP PM across ECC and S/4HANA systems. Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design effective SAP PM solutions. Configure SAP PM modules including equipment management, work order management, breakdown & preventive maintenance, notifications, task lists, maintenance plans, and refurbishment. Integrate PM with other SAP modules such as MM, QM, CO, PS, PP, and EAM. Support data migration, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), user training, and go-live activities. Work closely with business stakeholders in Mining/Oil & Gas to optimize asset management and maintenance processes. Troubleshoot complex issues, provide production support, and propose system improvements or innovations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in S/4HANA transformation or brownfield/greenfield implementation projects. Required Skills & Experience 5–10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP PM Consultant. Strong functional expertise in SAP PM within both ECC and S/4HANA landscapes. Knowledge of S/4HANA innovations
