Lead Product Manager - Platform

We are seeking a Senior Product Director – Life, Annuities, Long-Term Care & Group to lead the strategic direction, development and commercial success of our US Life and Annuity portfolio, while expanding our capabilities across Long-Term Care (LTC) and Group Insurance. This is a hands-on leadership position combining product strategy, market development and day-to-day product management. The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Delivery, Sales, Marketing and executive leadership to shape the product roadmap, drive innovation and position Sapiens as a leading technology partner for US insurance carriers. Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and execute the product vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap across Life, Annuities, Long-Term Care and Group Insurance. Identify market opportunities, emerging industry trends and customer requirements to guide product investment and innovation.
