Job title : Head of Medical Value & Organized Systems Engagement Location: Remote About the Job The Head of Medical Value & Organized Systems Engagement leads Sanofi 's medical engagement strategy across payer and health-system stakeholders, overseeing three field-facing teams: National Payer Account Directors, Regional Payer Account Directors, and Medical OHS Account Directors. This role is accountable for positioning Sanofi as a strategic medical partner to payers, PBMs, GPOs, and organized health systems — moving beyond product-focused discussions to help address system- and population-level healthcare challenges and advance care delivery and patient outcomes. This high-visibility role plays a key part in building the team's future-state capabilities and ways of working as part of Integrated Evidence & Patient Outcomes.
