About the role We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Specialist to help build stronger financial visibility, planning, and decision support across the business. Sanctuary doesn't have a mature finance function yet - that's the job. You'll walk into a company with real complexity (multiple entities, active construction draws, lenders, vendors) and limited financial structure, and you'll be the person who brings order to it.
