The role Our coordination team is scaling fast and we need someone who thinks like a builder, not a designer. You'll own a portfolio of homes end-to-end — catching construction conflicts before they become field problems, keeping documentation clean across all disciplines, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between design intent and site execution.
