Trail Architects are consultants who support Salesforce product implementation projects. Based on an understanding of the business challenges and objectives faced by clients, they design comprehensive solutions grounded in our best practices. Depending on client requirements, they participate in projects in the following two formats: • Supporting client- and partner-led Salesforce implementation projects as an advisor. • Executing Salesforce implementation projects as a prime contractor. Responsibilities: • Focus on client success, understanding client strategies to drive projects forward. • Provide solutions best suited to business needs together with clients and partners, capturing a broad and long-term perspective centered on the client's business, based on our Best Practices (standard features, various types of knowledge). • Determine solution realization policies that fit client needs and business, lead development as an app lead, and take responsibility for delivering high-quality deliverables. Broadly handle system implementation phases ranging from planning, requirement analysis, Fit & Gap assessments, development, to testing. • Provide advice based on client needs regarding the implementation or optimization of our applications, such as functional or technical design reviews, project implementation guidance and deployment best practices, existing application configuration, and health assessments. • Perform project management, including work breakdown structure (WBS) creation and progress management at the necessary granularity regardless of project type, achieving high-level delivery.
