Job Description: YOU WILL BE: Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Recruiter plays a critical role in driving full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, revenue-generating hourly roles across their assigned region. This role manages a large pipeline of candidates to ensure stores receive timely, high-quality slates that directly support sales performance and an exceptional customer experience. The Recruiter partners closely with Store Leaders to screen talent, schedule interviews, coordinate hiring steps, and make offers for non-exempt roles.
