Manager, Product Operations SaiSystems Health | Product Organization | Reports to CPO What You'll Do Own the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the tools and workflows that power the Product team's experience — including Aha!, Confluence, and Pendo — and partner with Engineering on how those tools connect to Jira and release infrastructure. Build and manage the product analytics stack, ensuring Product Managers have reliable access to usage data, feature adoption metrics, and customer behavior insights through Pendo and related tools. Develop and run enablement programs for the Product team — onboarding new PMs, rolling out new tools and methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Define and track product-team operational health metrics (process adoption, time-to-insight, PM ramp time, roadmap-to-delivery traceability) and use them to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Partner with Engineering leadership and the Release Manager on delivery standards, tooling investments, and how release readiness and cadence decisions surface to the Product team. Evaluate and recommend new tools, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows that increase Product team productivity and decision-making quality. Directly manage the APM team — providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development support, and coordinating their work to drive consistency across product delivery.
