"Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and hands-on leader to lead Sagility ’s Analyst & Advisor Relations program for the U.S. market, while contributing to a globally integrated strategy. This high-impact role will strengthen Sagility ’s positioning with leading analysts, advisors, influencers, and research firms across U.S. healthcare services, BPM/BPO, technology-enabled services, healthcare operations, and AI-led transformation. A key differentiator will be deep expertise in U.S. healthcare operations and strong AI/technology acumen, including GenAI, automation, analytics, and AI-led operating models. The ideal candidate should understand how these technologies are being applied across payer/provider operations, RCM, payment integrity, claims, contact centers, member/provider services, and other healthcare workflows.
