Subcontracts Manager

Job Description: Saab , Inc. has a career opportunity for a dynamic Subcontracts Manager to join the rapidly growing Supply Chain team. This is a senior-level individual contributor role. The Subcontracts Manager will be responsible for executing and managing high-value, complex procurements with critical subcontractors, as well as negotiating contract agreements. Experience navigating and flowing down FAR/DFARS contract requirements is required. This position may be performed remotely or on-site at a Saab , Inc. office location. Responsibilities : Review, interpret, and flow down mandatory requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk. Assist the Saab , Inc. Engineering team in creating Statements of Work (SOWs). Issue RFIs and RFQs to subcontractors and manage the process and ensure receipt of complete information. Conduct flow-down analyses to ensure compliance with customer requirements, including FAR/DFARS, FAA, and international requirements. Negotiate and manage supplier pricing, cost, schedule, and technical performance. Execute subcontracts, Inter-divisional Work Transfer (IDCT) agreements, NDAs, leasing agreements, and long-term agreements. Write contract letters and maintain comprehensive legal records in compliance with U.S. Government Certified Purchasing System requirements. Support proposal costing efforts for materials and labor. Facilitate recurring meetings and problem resolution. Coordinate work with Saab , Inc. programs across multiple bus
