Program Performance Management Analyst

Job Description: Saab , Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Program Performance Management Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization. This position is eligible for full-time remote. This role would support analyzing program performance in compliance with contractual and government guidelines. Develops budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial analyses; assesses and mitigates cost and schedule risks; and ensures accurate funding management and baseline control throughout the contract lifecycle. Knowledge & Application : Develops professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Determines a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required. Complexity & Problem Solving: Works on problems of moderate scope which are often varied and routine where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Applies learned techniques and contribute to analysis and investigation to solve problems. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Collaboration & Interaction: Builds productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions.
