Engagement Specialist – Software License Compliance 📍 Location: 100% Remote – LATAM 💼 Contract Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor 🕒 Trial Period: 3 months 💰 Compensation: $800 USD/month fixed + performance-based bonus of up to $200 USD/month 🌎 Language Requirement: Fluent Spanish is mandatory (written and spoken) 💻 Equipment: Own computer/laptop, headset, and reliable internet connection required About the Role Ruvixx is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Engagement Specialist to support our software license compliance and anti-piracy initiatives across Latin America. This position combines business communication, negotiation, research, and case management . You will engage with companies and end-users to address potential software licensing discrepancies, manage sensitive conversations, and work toward effective resolutions. We are particularly interested in professionals with backgrounds in B2B Sales, Collections, Legal Services, Account Management, Customer Relations, or Compliance .
