What You'll Do RTI-HS psychometricians serve both a strategic and technical role within interdisciplinary research teams. They provide scientific leadership on the development, evaluation and application of clinical outcome assessments; guide psychometric and outcomes research strategies for clients, including participating in regulatory interactions; and are responsible designing, implementing and interpreting a variety of technical analyses.
