The Strategic Learning Advisor Manager plays a key role in connecting business priorities with learning and talent strategies that drive performance. Serving as a trusted advisor to an assigned business area, this role partners closely with business leaders, subject matter experts and Talent partners to assess needs, address performance gaps and shape practical, high-impact learning solutions that build capability, support client service and advance firm and L&D priorities. Key responsibilities Serve as a performance consultant to business leaders, subject matter experts, curriculum owners and L&D colleagues to understand business needs and recommend fit-for-purpose learning and performance solutions. Lead needs assessment, solution scoping, learning strategy, stakeholder alignment and measurement planning for assigned portfolios.
