BIM Coordinator

The Opportunity RS&H is currently seeking a BIM Coordinator to support our Buildings business unit and advance high-quality, model-based project delivery. This position will partner with architects, engineers, designers, project managers, and Digital Delivery leaders to implement BIM and digital delivery workflows across multidisciplinary building projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical proficiency in Revit and related Autodesk platforms, enjoys solving complex modeling and coordination challenges, and can guide project teams in the consistent application of BIM standards and best practices. The BIM Coordinator will play an important role in project setup, multidisciplinary coordination, model quality management, and the implementation of project-specific digital delivery requirements. Job Summary This position serves as a technical subject matter expert in digital design and engineering, independently performing complex modeling, coordination, and troubleshooting tasks using BIM, CADD, GIS, and related technologies. The BIM Coordinator oversees the implementation of processes and workflows used to develop project deliverables, supports project teams throughout the project lifecycle, integrates data from multiple sources into coordinated design models, and helps ensure that digital deliverables meet RS&H standards, project requirements, and client expectations.
