Linux System Administrator (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE As a Linux System Administrator (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and further development of our Linux-based infrastructure — both in the cloud and on edge devices in clinical environments. You will handle 2nd- and 3rd-level support tasks and work at the intersection of traditional IT administration and modern IoT/edge systems. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Incident response and troubleshooting in 2nd/3rd-level support Management and monitoring of IoT/edge devices in the hospital network Configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure (VPN, firewalls, VLANs) taking clinical security requirements into account Patch and update management for servers and embedded systems Documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes Collaboration with development teams on deployment and infrastructure topics YOUR PROFILE (MUST-HAVE) At least 3 years of professional experience in Linux system administration Sound knowledge in the administration of Debian/Ubuntu-based systems Experience with network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall) Proficient handling of scripting and automation (Bash, Python, etc.)
