Position The Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM) oversees all aspects of the laboratory revenue cycle, billing, and reimbursement operations, including direct supervision of an offshore medical billing team in the Philippines. This position ensures accurate claims submission, coding compliance, denials management, and payer follow-up for molecular diagnostics, toxicology, and other clinical laboratory services. Position Details Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST 100% Remote — open to candidates in Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and Texas Job Type: Full-time, W2. Direct hire only.
