The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple vacancies while building strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and placement. Sourcing Strategies: Use a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage qualified technical candidates, including passive talent. AI-Powered Recruitment: Use AI tools and automation to support candidate sourcing, talent research, profile analysis, and recruitment workflow optimization. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements, provide recruitment updates, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
