This role requires a strategic recruiter with strong technical hiring expertise, innovative sourcing capabilities, and hands-on experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to identify top talent and improve recruitment outcomes. The ideal candidate will take ownership of complex hiring requirements, advise clients and hiring managers, and continuously explore new ways to attract and engage hard-to-find technical talent. AI-Powered Recruitment: Leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance talent discovery, streamline recruitment workflows, and improve hiring efficiency.
