Senior Business Analyst

Job Mission: Act as a partner to business areas, clients, and Product Owners in understanding problems and needs, translating them into clear and structured requirements to support solution definition. Conduct elicitation, analysis, detailing, validation, and traceability of requirements, identifying business rules, impacts, dependencies, constraints, and risks, and contributing to prioritization and scope definition together with stakeholders. Promote alignment between business needs, requirements, and the implemented solution throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities: Conduct interviews, meetings, and workshops with clients and business areas to understand problems, needs, objectives, and expected results; Investigate and structure business needs before detailing requirements and defining the solution; Gather, analyze, detail, document, validate, and maintain business, functional, and non-functional requirements; Identify and document business rules, integrations, constraints, assumptions, dependencies, and risks related to demands; Prepare user stories, use cases, flows, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts necessary for understanding requirements; Support Product Owners and other stakeholders in analyzing and prioritizing requirements and demands, providing information on needs, impacts, and business value; Support scope delimitation and refinement, evaluating impacts
