Overview of the Role The Stock Controller is responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and availability. The role also involves receiving and issuing parts, conducting stock checks, maintaining accurate inventory records, and following company procedures and safety standards. Job Description (JDs) Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts. Place special orders for parts as requested. Read and interpret relevant manuals to determine the correct type and specifications of parts. Provide accurate pricing and product information to customers. Issue parts to the Service Department and Body Shop. Order out-of-stock parts requested by customers. Assist with inventory control and stocktaking.
