Role Overview: We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Cold Calling Virtual Assistant / Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist to support our daily outbound prospecting efforts. This role is responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls to property owners, identifying potential sellers, gathering relevant information, and maintaining accurate records within our CRM and tracking systems. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with people throughout the day, can think quickly during conversations, and is disciplined enough to maintain consistent productivity during scheduled calling hours. This position plays a key role in generating qualified real estate leads and supporting the overall growth of our acquisition pipeline. Engage homeowners in professional and effective conversations to assess potential selling interest.
