About the role Riot is financing a rapidly growing portfolio of data center developments, with a mix of project-level debt, corporate facilities, and capital markets executions. This role is primarily transaction driven, helping to execute on debt financings from initial lease review, financial modeling, preparing marketing materials, term sheet and lender negotiations, through to documentation, diligence, and financial close.
