About the Role We’re seeking freelance Growth Marketing Consultants to join our talent collective and support a range of high-growth clients. This role is ideal for marketers who have experience scaling paid acquisition channels in early-stage environments and can drive measurable growth across the funnel. Projects may include building paid media programs from the ground up, scaling existing channels, optimizing performance, and developing growth strategies across acquisition and retention. This role may range from hands-on channel execution to strategic leadership, depending on client needs. Contract engagements typically range from 10–40 hours per week.
